Job Description

Your duties include:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily supervision of restaurant operations. 
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests are well taken care of. 
  • Supervise and support the front-of-house team, providing guidance and training as needed. 
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally. 
  • Monitor staff performance and assist with scheduling to ensure optimal coverage. 
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. 
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels. 
  • Uphold and promote health, safety, and hygiene standards in all aspects of restaurant operations  

Desired Skills and Experience

Your skills & experience:

  • Hospitality Management cert. or 3-5yrs experience in similar role 
  • Duty Managers certificate 
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle a range of guest interactions with professionalism and care. 
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team coordination and staff training. 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all areas of the restaurant. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
