About the job:
We are looking for two enthusiastic and detail-oriented Reservation Officers to join our team, these will be part time positions. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing bookings, ensuring our guests have a seamless experience from the moment they make a reservation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all reservation inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
  • Provide detailed information about Te Pa Tu experiences and assist with special requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update the reservations system for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

  • Experience in reservations or customer service, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency with reservation systems.
  • Understanding and respect for Maori culture and traditions.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
