About the job:
We are looking for two enthusiastic and detail-oriented Reservation Officers to join our team, these will be part time positions. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing bookings, ensuring our guests have a seamless experience from the moment they make a reservation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all reservation inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
- Provide detailed information about Te Pa Tu experiences and assist with special requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain and update the reservations system for accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Experience in reservations or customer service, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and proficiency with reservation systems.
- Understanding and respect for Maori culture and traditions.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
